Preparation, Grinding, and Polishing

We begin by addressing minor imperfections, such as rebuilding joints, repairing craze cracks, removing adhesives, filling pits and voids, eliminating oil stains, and color matching with dyes. Our process includes progressive grinding, honing, densifying, and polishing to refine the concrete surface into a durable, light-reflective, dustproof, safe, and functional finish.

Using machines equipped with diamond-segmented abrasives, we grind down the concrete surfaces to achieve the desired level of shine and smoothness. Coarse-grit abrasives are gradually replaced with finer-grit abrasives, resulting in a beautiful, glossy, mirror-like finish.
